It is wise to remember that as well as being physical in nature the physical body has various energetic bodies occupying the same space as well as emanating out from it (called the aura) up to 9 metres! These energy bodies vibrate at their own frequency and interweave with each other. Chakra MasteryThere are 7 energy bodies, starting from the physical body going outward i.e. Physical, Etheric, Astral (also known as Emotional), Mental, Causal (also known as Spiritual), Monadic and Divine. Underlying and supporting every activity of the physical body (e.g. brain, muscular, skeletal, immune system, organ, and nervous systems) is an energy system that forms a matrix or blueprint that the body uses to sustain as well as heal itself.

This energy has been given various names such as Prana, Chi, Ki, Life Force and Vital Force, depending on the culture describing it and this energy connects through channels called nadis which feed into the 7 main energy centres in the body called chakras: Base, Sacral, Solar Plexus, Heart, Throat, Third Eye and Crown. These main chakras are all connected by major intertwining energy channels up and down the spine, although there are thousands of minor chakra energy points throughout the body (and some outside the body).

Mass., Dip.Bot.Med., Dip.Hom., Cert IV Workplace Train. and Assess., A.N.T.A.B.) has practised as a Naturopath, Homeopath and Integrated Massage Therapist for the last 42 years as well as teaching Massage Therapy and previously being the General manager at a leading Health Retreat for 5 years. He has had a lifelong passion for metaphysics and spirituality and his approach to health and healing reflects the knowledge and experience gained during this time as to how the body functions at both a physical and energetic level. He is enthusiastic in helping people maintain their physical, mental, and emotional balance as they travel through life. He assists people in letting go of past traumas and in moving forward with clarity, understanding and an optimistic outlook to life. Stephen achieves these objectives with both his Chakra Wisdom book, Chakra Wisdom card deck as well as ‘Integrated Massage’ session, which is his specific therapeutic approach integrating many modalities into his treatment to achieve the above aims. This treatment helps optimise the energy flow throughout their body and assists in releasing accumulated stresses and tensions that may hinder them from moving forward toward improved health and wellbeing, and from reaching their full potential.
